DEPARTMENT OF ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY TRAUMATOLOGY
 
Department of Orthopaedic Surgery functions with the expertise of the Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professors, Senior residents and Junior residents along with the paramedical staff viz. Physiotherapist and plaster Technician.

INFRASTRUCTURE:

I. OP:
OP Room- Male & Female

II. WARD:
Separate wards available for male & female patients with 30 beds each for 2 Units.

IV. OPERATION THEATRE COMPLEX: The OT Complex is well euipped with waiting room for patients, Preparation room, Washing rooms, OT rooms, Post op recovery room, Surgeon & Anesthetists' room, Assistants'room, Instrument & sterilisation room,etc


 
Department has daily out patient service 8-12a.m and plaster application room with well equipped physiotherapy Department.

It has separate male and female wards to later inpatients.

The Department renders 24hrs trauma service for accident 4 injury patients.

All the fracture cases, tumor infection, deformity correction and spinal problem are tackled have in the main O.T.
